A: Placing an order is as simple as:

Q: Why do the prices change?

Supply and demand, currency fluctuations, fuel prices, seasonal and environmental conditions all contribute to price changes.

Q: Is there a location I can visit?

We don’t have a physical location or warehouse that is open to the public. By not keeping an expensive warehouse, we are able to pass the savings to our customers.

Q: How early/late can I place an order?

Since our prices change all the time, we can only accept orders 2 weeks to 2 months prior to the delivery date. This ensures the price quoted is as accurate as possible.

Q: Can the price I have been quoted change?

Yes it can. Prices can go up or down – it is best to place orders approximately 3 to 4 weeks prior to delivery date. This will ensure an accurate quote is issued.

Q: Do you ship outside of the Greater Toronto Area?

Yes. We can ship across Canada via overnight courier however we cannot be held accountable for damages/late deliveries as we use a third party courier. All shipping & handling fees along with any courier chargers are the buyers’ responsibility.

Q: How much do you charge for Delivery within the GTA?

Depending where you want the delivery, it is priced accordingly. You can also request to have the flowers sent directly to the venue.

Q: What is the difference between drypack and freshpack?

The difference between freshpack and drypack is that freshpack flowers are transported in water and do not require hydration. The dry pack flowers are transported in a dry cardboard box. Both are still fresh flowers, you just need to cut the dry pack rose ends and place them in water for 8 to 10 hrs. Both will give you the same excellent quality, only difference is the time involved in cutting and hydrating the flowers. You’re paying about $0.20/stem for convenience.

Q: What is ”Ex Open Cut”?

Calla Lilies can sometimes be rated based on how ‘open’ the blooms are. The ideal showing calla lily should be a 3-point (meaning 3/5th open). The Ex Open cut is usually opened up at the farm to about a 2-point and drypacked. The regular drypack callas require you to ‘assist’ in the opening process while hydrating.

Q: How fresh are your flowers?

We receive flowers at least twice a week – this means your flowers are as fresh as possible for your special event.

Q: Where are your flowers from?

We get flowers & greens from Thailand, New Zealand, Australia, Ecuador, Columbia, Costa Rica, Brazil, South Africa, Holland, United States and locally from Ontario.

Q: What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover® Network, American Express, JCB, Diners, and Carte Blanche. All credit card transactions must be accepted prior to delivery.

Q: How does payment work?

You confirm your order by submitting a 25% deposit (by cheque or we can send you an electronic invoice via PayPal and you can choose to pay via Credit Card). The remainder can be paid by cash only upon pickup/delivery. If you would like to pay the remainder using a credit card, we can arrange to send you an e-invoice 1 week prior to delivery.

You can also choose to pay the full sum before delivery/pickup.

Q: Why do you require a deposit?

A nonrefundable deposit of 25% is required to ensure we are dealing with only serious buyers.

Q: Where can I pick up my order?

Unfortunatly since we do not have a retal location/store, we cannot offer pickups on orders.

Q: I didn’t see the flower I wanted on your site. Can you still get them?

We try to keep our product selection to the ones listed however depending on quantities required; we can do our best to find them for you.

Q: Do you arrange flowers?

Q: Who do you sell to? Can the general public purchase wholesale flowers from you?

Definitely. We welcome wedding planners, event coordinators, fundraisers, students, brides etc…anyone and everyone who would want a great deal on buying wholesale flowers!

Q: Do you sell vases?

We will be selling Vazu Vases. Stay tuned to see a new flexible plastic based vase – “a vase like you’ve never seen before!”

Q: Is there a minimum order?

We have a minimum order of $100 before delivery and taxes.

Q: What is the difference between “spray” and “single”?

Certain flowers can be classified into two categories: spray types (multiple flowers per stem) and single types (one flower per stem).
